can someone help me i connect my mobile/cellphone into my pc with usb connection i’ve used 2 of the exact same ones for this phone in case the usb was screwed up and sometimes when the pc loads the drives on my phone this error comes up for the G folder in my phone. G:\ refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer or on a network. Check to make sure taht the disks are properly inserted or that you are connected to the Internet or your network and try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.” can anyone help

U’ll first have to install the pc suite (the mobile software for pc) that came along with your mobile. If you dont have your cd handy, try downloading it from the manufacturer’s website.
really ! its like the usb port is screwed up . try another usb cable/port
Sounds like the computer is not recognising that the phone is connected to it.
With this sort of probelm the best thing is to try the manufacturers website for a technical support section.
