Most Sufficient Music Players?

I don’t know the difference between mp3 and mp4. [maybe the mp4 is more advanced] anyways; I feel like giving up on Apple’s iPod because of it’s..well, it’s honestly being crap to me ever since I owned one.
Now I want to know what’s the best music player out there; compatible, user-friendly (or as user-friendly as iPod can be, since I’m used to that one) and has a more than enough storage capacity–and doesn’t really have to be expensive.
Anybody has any ideas? I’d really love to hear about them.

Personally I am looking into a Creative Zen Vision W. It truely beats the IPOD VIDEO in every aspect except size. The Vision W is bigger but thats because it has a wide screen. Check out http://www.creative.com Good luck!

I love the ZenVisionM i have right now. Very easy to use. It has all the features you can name. The navigation needs a little getting used to, but it’s so easy for me to use now. It has the pop-up menu button (like wat u have when u right click), so it’s very cool. I added 900 songs, about 6 hrs of videos and 3000 photos in one day. It’s so easy to put stuff in, even movies from DVDs. But there’s 2 problems with it. It’s kinda big and heavy (as big as the iPod Video but thicker, slightly heavier than the iPod Video) and it scratches easily (like the iPod Video or 1st Gen Nano)
